Fetal Alcohol Syndrome: This 2.0 clock hour course covers what causes Fetal alcohol Syndrome, possible effects on a child, and what child care professionals can do to assist the child. There are links to other resources online within the course. At the end you will be required to submit a 500 word essay about what you learned in the course and how you could put this knowledge into practice in working with children. 2 hours credit in Health and Safety.

A CareGiver Network is a non-profit member organization founded for the purpose of offering support and training to all child care professionals who work with young children. Our membership is comprised of Child Care Workers including family child care, center owners and workers, and nannies.
