Nirmal Thorat
Nirmal is a licensed childcare home provider in 80013. She has been doing childcare since September 2022 and loves every moment. She recently went through her CO Shines rating and she received her level 5. Nirmal decided to take the next steps with joining the ACGN family. We are so excited to have her and what she has to offer!

Judy is also a licensed childcare home provider in the 80013. Judy has been a magical addition to the ACGN family. She loves being in contact with our members. Judy goes above and beyond to help those that have need her.

Mary is the original founder of ACGN. She has done a lot of hard work to get the association to where it is today. Mary is not only one of our qualified trainers but she is also the one that schedules all of our paid training classes.
Communications Specialist
Kylee Rodriguez
Kylee is a licensed home childcare provider in the 80018 zip code as well. She is excited to be in the ACGN family, and has come up with many in-person meetings/trainings for us in the future. She has already come up with so many wonderful ideas, we feel very special that she has joined our team.
CAFCC State Rep 1
Katherine Searle
Kathy is a licensed family childcare home provider in the 80015 zip code. She obtained herBachelor of Arts degree in Biology and her master’s degree in education: Curriculum andInstruction. Kathy retired after 28 years as a middle school science teacher in the Cherry Creek school district and began her family childcare home in 2021. Kathy always dreamed of retiring from teaching and taking care of teacher’s children in her own home. She loves watching kids grow and learn as they explore the world together. Kathy is currently working on her Colorado Shines rating and enjoys connecting with other providers. She is excited to be a part of ACGN as the CAFCC representative and looks forward to keeping providers informed about policies and proposals that will impact our field, as well children and their families.
